I have not found anything from press releases indicating CDC having an HRM suit for the United States BUT there appears to be notations all over the Ross and CDC corporate web pages indicating that a product may exist. The following information is about the transaction related to the HRM suit as reported but pertaining specifically to the Asian markets. Mainly China....
If this company is doing business in Asia as the tidbits of press releases indicate the question is ??? DOES chinadotcom have this Platinum HRM suit for the United States and to what extent could they be infringing with emPath if such a scenerio is present.
