Anywho, it's kind of like looking after teenagers mostly. When we first started rooting in the dirt trying to find any scrap we could about VCSY and what they were up to it was like a herd of crazed moles tunneling to make some sense of direction in the dark.
Now it's more like webalized meerkats with a bad social attidude. There's always one looking out for the hawk and there's always others ready to kick somebody's can for posting BS. So the neighborhood stays tranquil and you can immediately pick out the strangers and their reasons for being on the posting medium.
Here on tripod for me is like a little oasis of calm where you can get an overview of what's happening lately and to come and in the past.

Is where you think you done died and gone to heaven and you don't actually have to be a programmer to understand what the harps are singing. All speculation and lookings and reports on VCSY and viewed objects of interest all the time with no interruption and nobody to say you're crazy.
We've found some fascinating things at the treefort. Just ask for a favorite find at RagingBull and you'll get a wide variety. Those finds allowed people enough sane rationale to buy what most view as such a speculative stock. The known value is high and the price is low so how much rationale do we need now?
Back then and back in the day hooboy holding VCSY was some fun. Like getting a tricycle frame poked into the gas tank in the driveway of life. Back then when times were hard and it was difficult to offer a reason for hanging long, one teensy spark was all it took and the rest of the neighborhood knows the Mafoozle's are having 'issues' again.

The trial is finally winding down after being on since 2003. And THAT's after Ross Systems and Arglen sued VCSY in spring of 2002. Ross and Arglen lost that case in the fall of 2002, hence this countersuit begun in 2003 by VCSY.
Just reminiscing, Arglen settled with VCSY in December of 2003 and apparently part of the settlement was information to further hem in Ross System thus this trial is coming to a conclusion after all that time.
Shame the previous judge had such a difficult time coming to some sort of conclusion. You often wonder what pressures our officers of the court come under. Difficulty in adjudicating in this day and age may be similar to having a jar of past date puddin'. Yes you can scoop it with a spoon and yes it smells like banana pie but that green stuff up in the corner... was that like part of the banana stem?
