Topic: The Sneaky Runarounds

See here pilgrim? This isn't just some fancy facade and all. This ain't Miss Smiley's Pretty Good Hair Salon where you go in looking like Liberace and you come out looking like Shemp.

This here's the entourage lurking the background. Nice thing about this site as opposed to the other sites is you can post to the public  or to buddies so there are backchannels here like on Programmsersheaven with their internal email. RagingBull VCSY at http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=VCSY is skraight up posting raw like trying to have a formal tea at a public urinal. RapidRobert and some of the treeforters keep order over there so they will point out the people to avoid and believe me there are some doozies.

Benjy's a rooter. And apparently he craves public fame because he's popped up like a gopher under the celeries. Hello Benjamin. Fancy finding you here. What's your prediction for a verdict on VCSY/NOW Solutions versus CDC/Ross Systems? Tell us your favorite reason for buying VCSY.

I hope he minds his manners and doesn't insult you. If so, tough $#!@. Complain to the management.

Anywho, it's kind of like looking after teenagers mostly. When we first started rooting in the dirt trying to find any scrap we could about VCSY and what they were up to it was like a herd of crazed moles tunneling to make some sense of direction in the dark.

Now it's more like webalized meerkats with a bad social attidude. There's always one looking out for the hawk and there's always others ready to kick somebody's can for posting BS. So the neighborhood stays tranquil and you can immediately pick out the strangers and their reasons for being on the posting medium.

Here on tripod for me is like a little oasis of calm where you can get an overview of what's happening lately and to come and in the past.

 Punctuation is optional.

 Here:

http://www.programmersheaven.com/c/MsgBoard/wwwboard.asp?Board=810&src=&Setting=

Is where you think you done died and gone to heaven and you don't actually have to be a programmer to understand what the harps are singing. All speculation and lookings and reports on VCSY and viewed objects of interest all the time with no interruption and nobody to say you're crazy.

We've found some fascinating things at the treefort. Just ask for a favorite find at RagingBull and you'll get a wide variety. Those finds allowed people enough sane rationale to buy what most view as such a speculative stock. The known value is high and the price is low so how much rationale do we need now?

Back then and back in the day hooboy holding VCSY was some fun. Like getting a tricycle frame poked into the gas tank in the driveway of life. Back then when times were hard and it was difficult to offer a reason for hanging long, one teensy spark was all it took and the rest of the neighborhood knows the Mafoozle's are having 'issues' again.

Anyway benjy and the rest of the boys and girls are the folks you should thank for finding a reason to buy VCSY. They say 'you're welcome' I'm sure.

Where the hell do you think I get all this information anyway? Dream it up in my head? These are real URLs and not somebody's 'I saw this on another board.' They are offered so you can check against other URLs to make up your mind whether we're freakazoids.

Heck. Even got my own traveling fan club. We got a research department a records division and a vetting society that makes life tolerable when all you got is your skivvies and a local grovery to go on. Fruits and nuts and minced fineries abound.

Yissiree this here blogging lifestyle suits me just fine. Cherrios and bananas for breakfast Napolean Ice Cream with bananas for lunch and whatever the airport Costco coughed up for N bucks a pound.

The trial is finally winding down after being on since 2003. And THAT's after Ross Systems and Arglen sued VCSY in spring of 2002. Ross and Arglen lost that case in the fall of 2002, hence this countersuit begun in 2003 by VCSY.

Just reminiscing, Arglen settled with VCSY in December of 2003 and apparently part of the settlement was information to further hem in Ross System thus this trial is coming to a conclusion after all that time.

Shame the previous judge had such a difficult time coming to some sort of conclusion. You often wonder what pressures our officers of the court come under. Difficulty in adjudicating in this day and age may be similar to having a jar of past date puddin'. Yes you can scoop it with a spoon and yes it smells like banana pie but that green stuff up in the corner... was that like part of the banana stem?

Long night. Just me and my chick-o-stik. Crunchy coconut in a peanut buttery corn flake confection. Extraordinarious. Damn. It's already gone.

I've posted a bit of information from two URLs below to give you a small view of what NOW Solutions (a wholy owned subsidiary of Vertical Computer Systems and the subject of the 'trial' talk) is about.

The CEO of VCSY, Richard Wade, is a male so I would assume the poster in the previous blog entry is referring to the CEO of NOW Solutions, Marianne Franklin. Information has it she is a former employee of Ross Systems.

Here is a sample of the kinds of things said against VCSY and shareholders by unknown operatives and agents working for someone in the background to dislodge VCSY support and scare away VCSY investors. This kind of language is what small cap companies face when trying to present their information to the public.

This bit of information for all of you who think you know what is going on. These guys are on the verge of going belly up. There is no cash, they owe former employees and are not paying them, which from what I am told is about to result in some employee lawsuits. The guy running this thing is incompetent. His background is as a restaurant owner, and now he's running a SW company. And best of all their technology is outdated by several generations. No new sales in over a year. They are staying alive in hopes of winning the lawsuit, which is a huge longshot. I am told the CEO (who is also a joke) has been summoned by Ross in the lawsuit. She apparently is scared stiff that she must now testify in the case. She was hiding out in Canada. As a holder of this dog, I would like to see some form of inquiry into the mismanagement of this company, and the deliberate bleeding of its resources. Anybody got some suggestions?

The above individual is likely a new hire by a market maker who knows nothing about the ecology at the RagingBull VCSY board. He's going to regret those words as there is a strong long base taking down every word said by operatives for later legal remedies.

If you look behind the scenes and actually do read the company filings and PR you will find a strong company weighted down by the demands of secrecy imposed by their struggle with outside interests to bankrupt the company conceivably for the rich hold of intellectual property VCSY owns outright.

If you look even further into the various clues and views about VCSY uncovered over the years  you will see a plan behind these various intellectual properties relationships and foresights that has been in place form the inception of Vertical Computers on through the worst of the worst technological years beginning with 2000.

Information on this blog is only a very small sample of the kinds of information indicating VCSY holds a place as one of the top stocks of the early 21st century. Yes and it's only valued at pennies per share right now.

Odd... isn't it? The above poster must have inside information to know whether a person is to be called as a witness, don't you think? I wonder where our phony baloney poster above got his information?

There are very large archives of articles and information about VCSY dug up by energetic VCSY longs over the years that are available for the asking. Nobody needs to lie or cheat or mislead anyone and I will be posting archival information over the next few days to give a historic view on possible reasons why people in Chinadotcom (CDC) and Ross Systems and other large system houses have done so much to try to prevent VCSY technology from being used by VCSY.

The posted article from today located below is the kind of misinformation about VCSY and their talent and operational course that has been put out about Vertical Computer Systems for years. Now, however, some posters are becoming much more bold as the trial resumes and the judgment is about to be rendered.

If you want a lesson in how people with ulterior motives can use words (and lying words at that) to sink a company, watch this URL space in the days ahead:

http://ragingbull.quote.com/mboard/boards.cgi?board=BB:VCSY

The jury is expected to be deliberating this Wednesday - Thursday. We expect a verdict this week.

By the way, I thought it would be useful to post selected items to demonstrate just how think headed and ignorant people would have to be if they read about VCSY for any length of time:

Dan I think you have it backwards. SaaS is what VERIZON has, and that VCSY is using. VCSY contracted with Verizon to use their services to HOST emPath.

If this reader would actually read the Verizon announcements he would find Verizon is not the one offering the SaaS capability in NOW Solution's case. NOW Solutions and VCSY have the kind of technology within their ownership to provide SOA and SaaS. When you come across posters such as this it's quite easy to see such people have genuine agendae.

Please read their posting histories and come to your own conclusions.

Dow Corning Corp. purchased Systinet 2.0 in December and plans to have it in production by the end of February, said Kris Zywicki, enterprise architect at the Midland, Mich.-based company. Over the past two years, Dow Corning has built about 250 Web services, creating a services layer in its architecture that is "very unmanaged," Zywicki said. "The point here is to organize the environment for it to be more controllable," he explained. "Systinet provides a complete environment for the metadata management ... for a centralized approach to visibility."

update Hewlett-Packard announced Tuesday that it will acquire management software company Mercury Interactive for $52 a share, or $4.5 billion in cash.

Maybe NOW we'll get an idea how much one of those things costs.

Corporate malfeasance

From 4 January 2006, until its purchase by Hewlett-Packard, Mercury was been traded via Pink Sheets as a result of being delisted from the NASDAQ due to noncompliance with filing requirements[1]. This situation occurred as a result of Mercury having to restate financial results due to improprieties by executive management regarding stock options backdating. The executive officers who precipitated the delisting, Chief Executive Officer Amnon Landan, Chief Financial Officer Douglas Smith, and General Counsel Susan Skaer, resigned on November 2, 2005 when it became known that these officers were aware of, and participated in, the manipulation of stock options purchase dates on 49 occasions between 1995 and 2004. In addition to these manipulations, the Chief Executive Officer, Amnon Landan, misreported personal stock option exercise dates to increase his profit on transactions three times between 1998 and 2001. Other improprieties on Amnon Landan's part include a 1 million dollar personal loan in 1999, which was not authorized by the board of directors, and was not clearly disclosed in the company's filings with the SEC. The company is under new management.

When we look at the concept of UDDI in a Software Oriented Architecture (SOA)  we see how important such a concept would be for each company implementing such a regime. Each company would have proprietary products that would treat the world of the UDDI registry with the same arbitrary flavor needed to understand the other players.

I thought the IBM site dealing with UDDI was informative therefore I thought I should post it here for youse to see.

Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) is a business-centric IT architectural approach that supports integrating your business as linked, repeatable business tasks, or services. SOA helps users build composite applications, which are applications that draw upon functionality from multiple sources within and beyond the enterprise to support horizontal business processes

Learn about SOA products and services from IBM

If you take the time to poke at the other players' pages you will notice a theme amongst this technology. Namely, IBM uses it and Microsoft and SAP excuses it.

Topic: The Sneaky Runarounds

You may recognize this from a post some ways down the line. I'm leaving the original text in its found form and revising here to see just how well people read. That's right. There's all sorts of contragains and überportions in all that I post everywhere. Tripwires, as it were, to send you off into looneyland mit dem culdesac assumptions humans on the make are wont to make.

And you can find them EVERYWHERE. Like ChickenMan, see?

Turn your sound off if you don't want to wake up the baby.

http://chickenman.danoday.com/

Buddy Baveman came up with it from the garbage pile. All the other references have apparently been removed from the internet record and from Chinadotcom's public news records.

So I figured I might as well stick this where we can get to it for reference.

Notice this PR is dated Monday December 12, 2006. Patrick Tinley retired some days earlier (Although this PR is dated Monday December 12, in fact the actual announcement was made Monday December 5, 2005. That lost and forgotten information presented to the Rastaroni thanks to reader 'yup' from our records division from the treefort) ... on the same day (December 5, 2005) VCSY returned from pink sheets to the OTCBB. Most companies never return from the dead like that.

In addition, oddly enough, on that same day Microsoft IBM and SAP announced the impending shutdown of the UDDI for centralized XML development among those companies and others.

http://webservices.sys-con.com/read/164624.htm

Background: http://www.webservicessummit.com/News/UDDI2006.htm

Odd that the UDDI actually shut down (actual plug pulling event) on January 5, 2006. Not January 12, 2006 as one might expect. Almost as though the three had gotten one of those 'cease and desist' lawyerly things that normally give a boilerplate grace period of, like, 30days from December 5, 2005. Dig?

And, as our reader and friend 'yup' might point out here; ALSO on the same day VCSY returned from the dead.

Now, I'm about to go get me some Napoleon ice cream with bananas  and fiddle with my spoon in the delicious icy marm. But YOU my friend should find out why this nice young man says this:

I then told myself, that probably this ShutdownFAQ published by IBM is IBM's own interpretation, and that checking out what Microsoft and SAP say about the shutdown might yield other perspectives. But – surprisingly – both Microsoft and SAP Shutdown FAQ pages returned with a HTTP 404 kind of message. Is someone here destroying evidences?

Get the drift?

Why? He became CEO with Chinadotcom on August 31, 2005 and left as CEO not even 100 days thereafter. And on the same day VCSY returned from pinksheets after an SEC investigation. Now, I'm nobody to be accusing, but normal rationale people tend to make assumptions based on very meager evidence.
